John Arlo Gilbert: Being a Leader
bleuken | May 30, 2008John Arlo Gilbert has several years of experience in managing people. His been doing this things both by the books and by the heart. His doing his best so that he can deal with problems within his organization as best as Arlo Gilbert can.
It is because Arlo Gilbert understands how important a leader is. The leader is the person where everybody look up to. Every decisions a leader makes affects everyone. In case of a blunder move in a certain situation and a bad outcome comes, all eyes are on the leaders move. People believe to what a leader can do for them. An organization without a leader is not an organization at all. It’s like a body without a head, can’t move forward, can’t move backward!
Being a leader both involves skills and attitude. Skills in how to get along with other people and attitude on how to consider decisions. I’m currently supervised and hoped by Mr. Arlo Gilbert to be a leader later and how I wished that I could be like him.
