Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box

I don’t know where to download Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box nds (ds) rom game. I found a site like Romulation.net but it requires me to have a Game cart for Nintendo DS. Do I really need a cart like EDGE and R4DS? I don’t know where to buy those cart and i notice amazon is not encouraging seller to post their carts in their website.

Too bad I don’t know where to get those because I want to download Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box online and for free.
