Arlo Gilbert Announcement!

Tonight will be the night of John Arlo Gilbert. This will be the night everyone is waiting for, when Arlo Gilbert announces who will be the one who will chose to be his second in command. It will be the position of the team that everyone is waiting for. Arlo Gilbert’s team were waiting this announcement for almost a month from now.

It was first relate to his team when they started their recent project on the inventory system of a certain company in the Philippines. By this afternoon, John Arlo Gilbert will be back from New York City to discuss this and conduct a small party for the new “second in command”. Everyone is excited for this, I hope everyone will accept the decision of Mr. John Arlo Gilbert.

John Arlo Gilbert: Being a Leader

John Arlo Gilbert has several years of experience in managing people. His been doing this things both by the books and by the heart. His doing his best so that he can deal with problems within his organization as best as Arlo Gilbert can.

It is because Arlo Gilbert understands how important a leader is. The leader is the person where everybody look up to. Every decisions a leader makes affects everyone. In case of a blunder move in a certain situation and a bad outcome comes, all eyes are on the leaders move. People believe to what a leader can do for them. An organization without a leader is not an organization at all. It’s like a body without a head, can’t move forward, can’t move backward!

Being a leader both involves skills and attitude. Skills in how to get along with other people and attitude on how to consider decisions. I’m currently supervised and hoped by Mr. Arlo Gilbert to be a leader later and how I wished that I could be like him.

Communication Problems

Communications today is really important to almost everyone. Today when Smart, one of the leading provider of wireless communication in the Philippines has this certain network problem, almost everyone who were very dependent with this communication system were really affected. Imagine you were not able to receive the information on time from people you were expecting that day. The importance of information is the timeliness of its delivery. Any delay will cause a lot of problem both to the recipient and sender. It will cause miscommunication.

It’s an example of how important communication to everyone. In a relationship, family or opposite gender or colleagues, communication is a vital part to make a strong and healthy relationship. Mr. John Arlo Gilbert always told us that if we have something to tell him or any reactions to any situation we have that involve him, we simply try to talk to him, in writing or immediately just confront him. No feedback coming from our side will cause a lot of misinterpretation causing a gap in our relationship which is not good in a working relationship. “I can’t feel or understand your pain if you will not tell me what you really feel.” as always John Arlo Gilbert is saying.

Remember, communication is a two way process, listening and talking. As the quotes said,

The Prize of Copy & Paste

A friend of mine today got his blog closed and banned by the blog hosting he’s currently posting. His greatest mistake was he posts information that are not original and contains a “copy & paste” contents. Which is unfair to the original authors.

That’s what Arlo Gilbert is telling us always that to try to use our own ideas and think more. Squeeze those brain juices and make original or you can derived ideas and then try to improve it. Blogging is not copying and pasting. Blogging is an expression of one’s self and can be mean of helping other people. If you can’t think on your own then don’t blog at all!

When you dream

Do you believe that dream is one way God talk to us indirectly? All of my life, I’ve been dreaming several things that let me change my decisions and path to take. It is because that I believe that He’s informing me of the consequences that might happen when I take the said path.

I started believing in dreams when I was in grade school when I dream of my adviser to be on grade 6. Then in secondary school when we have a difficult assignment and I dream a clue about the answer of the assignment.

Last night, I dream a terrible accident. I prayed then when I woke up. It’s a warning that I should be careful when I’m dreaming with my motorbike and I thank Him for reminding me.

Actually, John Arlo Gilbert is telling me this things prior to this dream. Yeah I think he’s right, I’ll be careful next time!

Arlo Gilbert’s Reaction During the Game of My Life

When, I played last Saturday in a chess tournament in our place I brought with me John Arlo Gilbert and luckily I did not embarrassed him during the said chess games. He watched me with great enthusiasm and hope to win the said chess tournament which I did not expect to win. I got 4.5 points on the tournament out of 5 rounds swiss system tournament. Arlo Gilbert even give me a word of inspiration after the draw I’ve got on the 2nd to the last round.

You will see in Arlo Gilbert’s eyes when I won the last round which is considered to be the ultimate round of the tournament. It’s the ultimate round because that’s the round that if whoever wins will be the champion. On the said championship, my opponent playing as black uses Sicilian Defense and castles his King on the late part of the game while I castle my king on the opposite with which triggers attack for him. The characteristic of my opponent is young and an aggressive attacker like Arlo Gilbert when he plays chess with me. Luckily, at the end maybe due to time pressure, an enprise rook which he forgot decided the game and later that afternoon I was announced as the champion of the tournament.
